1. Can I change my username?

The username of your My mLife account ID may be changed. If you wish to have a different username,you will need to log into your account and make the changes in your profile page.

2. Can't log into your My mLife account?

Please close all browser windows on your mobile phone,clear cookies and cache on your mobile,and log into My mLife again.

Please also ensure that you have GPRS activated on your mobile for WAP browsing. Please contact your operator if you wish to activate your GPRS services.

3. Didn't receive your My mLife password?

Please ensure/check:

1. Your mobile number or email is entered correctly.
2. Your SMS inbox is not full.

4. Forgot your My mLife password?

If you had forgotten your password,for security reasons,please use the "Forgot Password" function to retrieve your password.

You may retrieve your My mLife username and password if you can provide the mobile number that you used to register your My mLife account.

Please click on Login and scroll down. After which,you can enter your mobile number in the provided field and click Send Password to have your username/password re-sent to your mobile phone.

5. How do I cancel my My mLife account?

Terminating your My mLife account removes your profile from My mLife and deletes all your information from our database.

You may still create a new My mLife account at any time after termination: SMS <STOP MLIFE> and send to 27997.

6. How do I change my My mLife account password/email address?

To change your password of your My mLife account,please log into My mLife and go to View/Edit Profile> Edit My Profile> change Password in the password field and retype new password to confirm.
To change your email address of your My mLife account,please log into My mLife and go View/Edit Profile> Edit My Profile> change email in the email field.

7. How do I stop receiving My mLife calls and SMS from other members?

To change your calls and SMS allow settings of your My mLife account,please log into My mLife and go to View/Edit Profile> Edit My Profile> change allow calls/sms from others to "NO"

8. My profile updates have not been reflected.

Depending on site traffic and your web browser settings,it may take several minutes for the system to refresh your data. Please check back after about 10 minutes. If you still encounter the same problem,please clear your cache.

9. Problem Uploading Photo/Videos?

All images must be in GIF or JPEG format.
All videos must be in 3GP format.
Image and video file size must not exceed 300 KB each.

10. How do I unsubscribe auto top up?

To unsubscribe:
SMS:send <STOP ATOPUP> to 27997
WEB: Please log into My mLife > select the tool at the navigator menu then click to the Auto Top Up link > Click the Unsubscribe button.

11. What's the difference between a non-member and a member?

Non-members cannot view any members on My mLife.
To start using the service,interested parties can register for free. Members can view and contact other members,view unlimited profiles per day,perform selected searches and send text messages (SMS) and makes calls.
